RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We operate internationally. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, unless the mandatory legislation of the consumer’s country provides more favorable conditions.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS AND SIMILAR JURISDICTIONS)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or in another jurisdiction that provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

2. GENERAL RETURN POLICY (WORLDWIDE)
In addition to the legal right stated above, we offer a 30-day commercial return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be in its original condition.
- It must include the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, etc.).
- Intimate or personal hygiene products once unsealed.
- Hazardous materials.
- Flammable liquids or gases.
- Downloadable software or digital products once accessed.
- Gift cards.
These exclusions do not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law in your country of residence.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
In such cases, we will offer:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund, including original shipping costs.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution (typically 5–15 business days).

7. SALE ITEMS
Sale or promotional items may be returned in accordance with this policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise and always in compliance with mandatory applicable legislation.

9. SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or due to our error.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law for international transactions, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
